The Premier League returns this weekend after a three-week international break, and Gameweek 6 marks the start of the October competition in our fantasy league. The month's top manager wins two VIP tickets to a Premier League match.
The October standings start from scratch. Points from August and September do not count towards the monthly prize, so anyone who has struggled through the first five gameweeks will be on level terms with the league leader from Saturday. The same applies to new participants. If you have a team ready before the deadline, you are in from the first point.
The October competition runs over four gameweeks, from Gameweek 6 to Gameweek 9 inclusive.
The deadline is Saturday at 12.00.
The gameweek opens with Arsenal–Leeds at the Emirates on Saturday at 13.30, and your team is locked an hour and a half before kick-off. Later that day, Manchester United host Tottenham, before Liverpool and Manchester City meet at Anfield on Sunday at 17.30.
How to join
If you do not have a Fantasy Premier League team, you can create one for free at fantasy.premierleague.com. Then join the league. If you are already a member, all you need to do is set your team before the deadline.
